Not venomous. Has lighting needs. Worm body is embedded under porites that is encrusting a rock. Opens its fan to capture floating food.

Be careful with copper-based medication and extreme nitrate levels. Serpulidae with calcareous tubes. Porites coral needs a lot of light and good flow. Once Porites dies, worms usually die afterward.
