The Meiacanthus smithii grows up to 3 inches.  The small size will come to you generally 1-1/2 - 3-1/2 inches not including the caudal fin.  The Smith's Fang Blenny prefers a tank of at least 20 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim.  The Meiacanthus smithii is a omnivore and likes to eat variety of chopped foods (meats & veggies).  The Smith's Fang Blenny is a medium maintenance fish.  The Smith's Fang Blenny may act semi-aggressively toward other fish.
