Tiger-Pods™ by Living Reef Imports LLC. sometimes referred to some as Tigger-Pods™ or by their actual name Tigriopus califoricus are large red active copepods highly beneficial to Corals, Fish fry and adult alike, perfect for filter feeders and small mouthed animals like sea horses, pipe fish, and finicky eaters like mandarin gobies.

Tiger-Pods™ swim in a way which creates a feeding frenzy.  They swim in an upward jerky motion similar to baby brine shrimp known as Artemia but do not contain the egg shells like that of brine shrimp which often cause digestion problems to death in juveniles.  Fish, Corals and Filter feeders absolutely go crazy for these critters natural to their habitat!

SHIPPING OPTIONS
This item is perishable and alive.  Being that copepods are hardy and multi-thermal, you may choose any method of shipping you like* but our "arrive alive" guarantee only applies to those shipped ups over night air am.  We do however over load all our counts to account for any DOA's that may arrive this way or appear to arrive this way.  Being chilled prior to shipping, many are dormant and some may appear dead when they arrive as their matabolizims have been slown down to a sleep.  Pour entire contents in and follow the provided instructions.

*Just keep in mind anything shipped slower than next day air will be the sole responsibility of the customer on whether they make it alive or not in part or whole.  Our insurance will not cover livestock not overnighted.  30% or better of the USA has been shipping our pods via ups Ground but sometimes with long delays such as distances requiring upwards of 5 or more days in transit, the pods may suffocate in the bottles or extreme temperatures can cause problems or even death.  You as the customer have the ultimate say on how you want us to ship though and again in although most cases they arrive fine, our arrive alive guarantee is void if not shipped next day air am as per our terms of sale.

Note:  Bottles are typically filled only 3/4 full to provide oxygen for the copepods to breath.
