Also known as: Sailfin Blenny, Honeycomb Blenny

The Exallias brevis grows up to 6 inches.  The small size will come to you generally 1-1/2 - 3-1/2 inches not including the caudal fin.  The Leopard Blenny prefers a tank of at least 60 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim.  The Exallias brevis is a omnivore and likes to eat veggies, herbivore preps.  The Leopard Blenny is a high maintenance fish.  The Leopard Blenny may act semi-aggressively toward other fish.  Keep water quality high (SG 1.020 - 1.025, pH 8.1 - 8.4, Temp. 72 - 78° F).  Fiji, Indo-Pacific, Red Sea to the Hawaiian, Marquesas, and Society islands, and Micronesia.  Doesn't eat prepared foods well in captivity, but will eat corals. The Leopard Blenny, is definately a popular species with Aquarist that keep fish only community tanks, as they cannot be kept in reef type tanks, as they feed on polyps of Acropora, Porites, Pocillopora, Seriatopora, and Millepora species.
