It likes to eat Mostly photosynthetic, may accept meaty bits, phytoplankton and microplankton.. The Actinodiscus species is generally semi-aggressive toward other tankmates. Many consider the Actinodiscus species a low-maintenance specimen. Not venomous. Has low lighting needs.Symbiotic algae zooxanthellae are hosted within this organism. The Disc Anemones, Flower Corals, Mushroom Anemones requires low water flow. Blue Mushrooms can have a "pinkish", purple-ish tint to them. Much of their deep blue color depends on the lighting they come from and the lighting to which you accoustom them to. The more light you give them, the closer they will stay to the rock and the bluer they will be. Fragments can be taken to be separately grown. Allow room to expand.
