We can accept Paypal under certain conditions but no credit cards outside of the U.S.

Due to an too many bad apples, we had immediately recieved several fraudulant purchases by credit card outside of the United States.  This also goes for paypal.  We were recieving purchases by people using stolen credit cards, setting up paypal accounts and then making purchases.  The exception is only when we recieve payment by paypal outside of the U.S. where address and buyer have been "Confirmed" and PayPal will insure the purchase!

Alternatives are...

• Pay by Western Union and Call us with the Tracking number
• Pay by Bank Wire
• Pay by Money Order
• Pay by Bank Certified Check

Then purchase your account online as usual and mark the payment choice that you will be sending "check/money order" and process will hold for confirmation of payment.  Once  you've sent payment in any of the above methods, call us so we may make notice of it.
