I don't suggest anything less than 2 days shipping time, but it does take up too 12 days for some destinations internationally and they just accept the fact that some curring time will occur.  Keep in mind that any ammonia that builds up in the nitrogen process from organisims microscopic or other that do not make it may be bad for fish and corals, but is very beneficial for good bacteria as it's a food for it and what the bacteria derives and thrives on. 
 
The primary thing is that if you test the moisture in the bag for Ammonia and if you get a result of it in the event you ship a slower method of the suggested 2 day or faster, and again, if signs of ammonia are found, then add a bottle of benneficial bacteria like Nitromax and recure before putting in a fully established tank.  If this is a new tank, then no problem in adding it right in immediatly.
