First off, you'll need a Master Test Kit and when it says that you have no more trace of toxins Ammonia or Nitrite (Nitrate is okay), you are ready to start adding fish but do this slowly.  Your fish will raise the Ammonia again from their excretions and this is all normal during your initial cycle process.  Add Nitromax to your system if you want to expedite this process.
