One to Two Cases (46-52 lbs each).  The rule of thumb is 1 - 1 ½ lbs per gallon of water.  Many like to use 2lbs per gallon but I suggest a bit less just so you don’t over buy especially if you have a tank less than 60 gallons in size.  Let me know if I can help further.
