Yes, to California residence only.  If in the new future our franchisees and resellers begin selling out of state and if you are buying direct from them and not us, they may charge a local state tax if the product originates from their facility. 

Note to International Customers:  Some countries may require a brokrage fee, tax, terrif or other import/export fee.  This fee will be the responsibility of the buyer unless specified in writting otherwise.
