The insurance terms of AirCargo are simple. 

When you go to your local Airport HUB to pickup your aircargo whether it be dry goods, live stock or other, you "MUST" inspect every bit of the item ordered completely!  If you recieved an aquarium, check for hairline cracks, box damage, etc.  If shipping livestock, check for quality, smell, and make sure it's what you expected and ordered when recieving it.  If you shipped bottled goods like vitamins or medications, make sure their are no leaks.  These are just some examples of what to look for and hope this helps you when you pickup your order.

AirCargo will allow you to inspect your package for box and interior damage and if the item is damaged or not acceptable, "DO NOT SIGN FOR IT"!  Once you have signed off your airbill in receipt, you transfer all liability from us and the airlines to yourself that the item you ordered was recieved in good and acceptable condtion.  There is no way to recieve a refund or post an insurance claim of any sort after this so we can't emphasize enough to check your product first before signing the AirCargo release form!
