1.  Did you purchase a full bulk case?  They only come in our bulk cases as a thank you to those customers buying by bulk.

2.  If so, Give us a call.  We keep an accurate database on what was sent as an extra and too whoom. 

3.  If it died, we will be happy to send you another free gift or replacement but the customer is responsible for shipping & handling.
