The Acropora Coral (Neon Color) has a pink-blue, green-pink, pink-purple, yellow-blue or variations color. Small polyp stony coral (SPS). Planktivore. It likes to eat Filter feeding invert food only. The Acropora species is generally semi-aggressive toward other tankmates. Many consider the Acropora species a high-maintenance specimen. Has strong lighting needs.Symbiotic algae zooxanthellae are hosted within this organism. The requires strong water flow. The Acroporidae family comprises many species; some are excellent aquarium additions and others are less than acceptable to be kept in captivity due to their feeding or lighting requirements. Like all SPS (small polyp stony corals) they require consistent, metabolite-free water and intense lighting to maintain their color and normal growth patterns in well-circulated conditions. Keep water quality high (SG 1.023 - 1.025, pH 8.1 - 8.4, Temp. 72 - 78° F). The Acropora Coral (Neon Color) is commonly collected from Indo-Pacific.
