Flight Origination: Ontario, California - Ontario International (ONT)

Shipping Cost: Averages .60 - .86 cents per pound shipped within most of the continental USA ($45 average minimum charge) but no guarantee is made (see shipping calculator above for best estimate)

Handling Charge: Air Cargo will be shipped via COD but a reasonable handling charge will be due prior to the shipment to cover our expenses of Box, Material, Labor, Personal Delivery to ONT or LAX International, our employees to be paid for their mileage and time on the clock, and finally to complete all necessary Air Documentation as required by home land security. Flight Arrival: We normally only ship our AirCargo shipments each Friday between 9am-9pm PST so our customers get the best rate possible. Delivery is typically Saturdays and normally recieved within under 24 hours (not guaranteed).

INSTRUCTIONS - In 3 Easy Steps!

(1) In the drop down edit box below, find the nearest Major International Airport nearest you. The larger the Airport, the less expensive the shipping typically is. If you find your HUB is serviced by multiple airlines, choose the first one in line as the first to be listed are typically the least expensive airlines to ship by. South West Airlines is typically the least expensive. Delta may fly to your destination, but if DASH services are the only way to ship, we do not offer that prepaid service. All air cargo is shipped COD only.

(2) If shipping outside of the United States, you must call us first to see if it's legal to ship to your region.

known restrictions:
All customers: We can not ship anything considered hazardous, flammable, explosive or other (ie. solvents, etc) via air cargo! Depending upon national security and home land security restrictions, certain areas may be restricted or embargoed restricting normal cargo shipping's. Check with your local hub for any such restrictions.

Hawaiian customers: We can only ship dry goods to residence of Hawaii unless you hold a verifiable license for restricted items to be imported/exported. Transportation of live stock including live sand and live rock are highly restricted.

Canadian customers: We can ship live stock via UPS but not by Air Cargo. You may ship to an USA based international airport nearest you and declare your product bringing it into Canada through customs yourself if you wish. I hear there is no problem with this. We also ship to Canada daily via UPS. Sorry, the following methods of shipping are not available to Canada such as but not limited to the use of USPS, FedEx, DHL and private Freight carriers. We also can not legally declare your purchase as a "gift" so please don't ask.

Military Base Destinations: Some military base destinations will not permit the importing of certain product and live stock. Check your local destination laws for importation and military regulations. "God Bless our military men and women protecting our nation"!

We can provide specialized packaging and temperature control packs at our cost but you must be the one to let us know. We can't possibly know the weather conditions of all destinations we ship to. Finally, if shipping via air cargo, keep in mind that once a air bill is signed and a pickup is made, the recipient of the shipment is waiving all rights to any claims so be certain to check your package for damage prior to signing off your waiver of insurance rights.
