Currently, I retain the position of President of Oceanpro
Aquatics, Inc.. My main function and
ownership are online sales, in-house production and engineering,
International Import/Export, Conversion of our warehouse into a public
facility where you, the consumer can shop wholesale and retailers can buy at
below wholesale prices and finally franchising. We have begun and are currently running
most of the aforementioned.
Jesse Aguilar currently holds assets of Oceanpro
Aquatics, Inc. as a limited partner, owning and operating by no control of
mine, the Service and Construction Divisions as well as any related
sales.
Talks are being held currently to make Mr. Aguilar a full
partner and taking on a third partner to control the Service and Construction
division which has grown enormous, allowing Mr. Aguilar if he becomes a full
partner to run the in-house production an sales which have sky rocketed over
800% in the last month alone. One
million shares of public stock are being held not for sale currently until
the franchise takes off and already we have signed 28 new owners which will
be franchisees of Service and Construction in the Continental U.S.. By 2005 we anticipate the release of the public
shares for sale.
Many of our customers have asked when we were going to
finish our showrooms here in Chino, CA
and the final work should be completed this month. Already, all kinds of livestock are being
